It was really early..like 7am early.
We were loaded up with 2 large dress bags, all of my camera equipment, some makeup, clothing steamer, shoes, accessories, and two tired girls!
But we were off...off to Grand Rapids to photograph Anna for her Dream Shoot.
Anna is a member of the Class of 2016 Senior Dream Team and as a part of the perks of being on my team, you get the chance to win a Dream Shoot. Anna was the Class of 2016 winner and we were planning a high fashion shoot in the heart of Grand Rapids. The Class of 2015 winner was Makenzie Drain and we did a winter shoot with a couture parachute dress.
Anna is a more simple fashion girl, and having used some dresses from a local couture wedding designer, Desiree Spice, I knew I had to find something more chic for her. So we used 3 of Desiree's dresses and then drove to Grand Rapids to use a studio of a good friend of mine and to do something different and fun. It is a dream shoot after all right?
We had three dresses to shoot, and only the morning to shoot in. Anna had to get back for Soccer Practice that night!
With the help of my friend Tim, and her cousin Brittney, we got some amazing portraits of Anna in each dress, as well as some stunning video!
