I laugh like a donkey...

There I said it.  I laugh like a donkey. Well actually I laugh like a donkey that may have gotten kicked in the throat.  For years I was extremely self-conscious about this and was frequently made fun of for it. I had gotten mocked so bad for it, that I eventually changed how I would laugh.  And this was just a laugh!!!  Lets not even got started on my raspy voice that I have and how everyone thinks that I am sick.  Over the years, I have grown up, and grown to love my obnoxious laugh and raspy voice.  It has taken me a long time to accept them, and then to love them, but I have done it.  However, I still have not grown to love all ...

Today is the day!!! I will be heading over to Royal Oak to see Roman at Alex/Emilio's Salon and I just know he will do something fabulous with me.  Yesterday when I took my photos I did a few different hairstyles and decided to have fun with it. High Pony, Pigtails, and gotta get some jazzersize in! Then the last set, I curled my hair like I usually do when I'm getting dressed up.  I wanted to do some of those "looking down on you" photos that I do with my seniors.  I can honestly say that I have never done those before, so I figured I would do them before I won't be able to with long hair.Once I was done with my photos and started editing through them, I became a bit teary ...

I laugh like a donkey...

I didn't forget about photos yesterday. Promise.  I did actually take them.  With the deadline quickly approaching to chop off my locks, I knew I had to bust out the awesome Hot rollers.  Now my older sisters will instantly recognize them as I these are from when I was in High School(10 years ago) and we all used them.  This is very embarassing to admit, but my mom also will remember them.  This is because she had to put them in my hair when I was younger.  And I use the word younger loosely, as I was a senior in HS when she would still do this.  Hey, I was a busy girl, and my hair styles consisted of a pony tail, curling iron, or straight and half up! ...
