How do you do all the things? I seem to get this question all of the time.  How do you have so much energy? How do you do so many things?/In all honesty, I don't do all of the things.  I have so many things I fail to complete(hello master bathroom!) or things I fail to start.  But the one thing that keeps my energy high. Doing something I am passionate about.  I wouldn't be able to keep up with anything if I didn't absolutely LOVE what it was.    I tell this to all of my high school seniors who come in for portraits.  I feel like this isn't spoken enough about, because it was something that wasn't discussed with me until I was a senior in ...

New Year...New Goals? I started out this year not in my normal, lets go and take on the world attitude.  I dont know if it was the last part of 2022 that really got to me, or am I just losing motivation?  For me, talking about what is going on is a type of release.  I know this isn't everyones cup of tea, but I know when you talk about what you are going thru, other people feel more confident to know they aren't alone.   It's a new year, and I just don't feel connected.  I don't know where I lost that connection, but I do know I feel that connection to my passion has faded.  Don't get me wrong, I love my work, I love my family and I am grateful for ...
